These terms are a founder-prepared live-readiness baseline for DONN AI.

Service

DONN AI provides intelligence, workflow, automation, and founder-reviewed execution support. Until explicitly activated by the founder, all revenue and fulfilment workflows remain prepared-only.

Payments

Payments may be processed through Stripe. Test-mode payments are not real customer payments and do not create real revenue.

Founder approval

External actions, including customer contact, live charges, email sends, publishing, trading, transfers, or spend require explicit founder approval.

No guarantees

DONN AI does not guarantee financial returns, business outcomes, trading outcomes, or legal/tax outcomes.
