Run npm run build.
Run scripts/donn-fast-finish-phase-13-smoke.ps1.
Run scripts/donn-production-preflight.ps1.
Deploy to hosting with NEXT_PUBLIC_APP_URL set to the production URL.
Run scripts/donn-after-deploy-smoke.ps1 -BaseUrl <production-url>.
Only add Stripe credentials when ready for live checkout.
Only set live flags after founder confirmation.
